Roberts GMC Syclone is the world's fastest still all wheel drive. There are some faster rear wheel drive trucks, but at that point, they little resemble a V-6, all wheel drive Syclone. Glad to see him still running, and building.

SpeedHunters just posted an article on Adam's Syborg GMC Syclone. This Syclone has lots of unique features that allow Adam to use the truck for a ton of automotive events. Everything from Autocross to the Mohave Mile.
The truck is still powered by a turbocharged V6, but instead of the factory 4.3 Adam is running a 283 cubic inch aluminum “Bowtie” V6 from GM Performance. The motor work also includes a custom sheetmetal intake manifold, a Canton Racing Accusump system, and Big Stuff 3 engine management.SpeedHunters for the full article and pictures.

|Jamie Hackings GMC Syclone|
Its not all wheel drive anymore, but it still runs a V6. From what I can gather, its a Bowtie block, large 88 mm turbo, and runs in the 275x tire class. Its nasty fast with a 7.59@185 mph 1/4 mile pass.
Jamie Hacking's Syclone runs a new personal best at the 2011 World Cup, ends up having a problem in Eliminations and has to hit the brakes.

-Congrats to Jamie on a new best and an amazing truck, we got to take a look up close and personal at the truck and it is super clean. Jamie was also a nice guy and took a few minutes to talk to us, especially the trucks biggest fan, seen in the pictures.

Jay Leno does a walk around of his 1991 GMC Syclone. He is pretty knowledgeable of the truck. He says he has owned it since new. It looks to be in pretty good shape, but the cladding could use some polish. I wonder if he has a Typhoon too.
